Bladefall of Trarthus manacost bug

Im using Bladefall of Trarthus with Wispers of Infinty unique amulet, and Bladefall of Trarthus without supports and any cost mods costs me 10% of my energy shield per second (my es is 9172 skill cost is 917,20), not even 5%. Also in last league its cost was based on maximum mana and not es, with this interaction

I'm observing the same behaviour. Whispers of Infinity seems to cause Bladfall of Trarthus to cost 10% ES cost per second (unsupported), instead of the intended cost of 5% of mana per second (drawn from ES).

Strangely, it only appears to drain my ES at that rate during combat, though I acknowledge there may be other factors at play.

Tythal, this effect doesnt stop es recharge, that is why you only notice this in battle

Sadly because of this, and because GGG killed every farm (except bossing), league is dropped
