Rupture missing AND flag on its required support types

Right now Rupture Support claims it can support Attack skills, but in reality it ends up being able to support all skills that do damage.

I believe this is because it has support flags for Damage and Attack, but no AND flag to join them, so it ends up supporting all Damage skills.
