Vaal Breach is not disabled

In the patch notes you stated:

Vaal Breach will be unobtainable during Keepers of the Flame league.

..and yet people are selling the divination card for it on trade and the exchange, and therefore selling Vaal Breach on trade. This is clearly unintended.

The right thing to do here, to correct this bug, would be to disable the divination card and gem and send all the existing ones to standard league for those accounts.
