Network issues

For past few days I've been experiencing severe ping issues on certain map instances. When entering a map sometimes my ping is fine (about 30ms on Frankfurt server) and sometimes it just ramps up to hundreds of thousands. I don't have any network issues on any other game and I've tried different networks with the same result. What could be a reason of this? Thanks in advance.
