Steam Corrupted Game Files Loop

Hey all,

Trying to stay sane. I play through steam and an issue started this league where every play session ill get an error stating Corrupted Game Files Detected with an option to verify game files on next start. This loop is without end. I have tried the verify option, and have completely uninstalled the game and steam (all games) and reinstalled with issue still popping up. Nothing seems to work. Inside the game things will be fine then out of no where, certain assets will just not show up IE Ritual Alters, the text will be there but not the visual tower. Niko nodes same thing, etc etc. Drivers are up to date and I wiped everything POE and steam related using CC Cleaner/ Riva Uninstaller to be sure.

At a loss at this point, never had this issue with any of the past leagues. Debating a fresh Windows 11 install but I dont think that would help. Thanks for any help. SS.
