items missing from emrchant shop, no trace in history sales

Hi, 2 days ago i put a Forbidden Flame Crimson Jewel for 210c in my merchant shop tabs.

Today i noticed it was gone, but i never got that amount of chaos, and when i look at my history sales i see no trace of it being sold.

I did checked in all my tabs in case i misseplaced it, but nowhere to be found.

Either the item vanished, or it got bought, and a bug happened where I didn't get the currencies and report as been missing.

Not sure if i'm allowed to post again, but i have another issue in the same style.

This time it's a one of my tab with all my amulets who disapeared...
I did check in folders in case i moved it by mistake, but no.
