Bug Report ID: #4.154.606.604 (Faustus currency exchange mishap)

I've used the currency exchange from faustus.

First time it went correct.

Then later (next day or so, today - just done as writing the report- )
I've tried 3 times (2 times in 1 session, restarted poe and tried again) for regret orbs (15:9) I've paid 3 times 9c.. and got nothing back, while order was fulfilled (i lost 3*9 = 27 C!)

I've checked all stash tabs to no avail; i cannnot find any.
I've tried the 'migrate all characters', but that resulted in nothing happenning (no league to transfer from or something to that effect).

Can you please look into it?

(and refund the 27 C?.. just started it's kind of important for me rn...)

GGG does not give refunds to anything lost due to bugs.

My first assumption is did you claim the items from Faustus? When the order is fulfilled, you have to take the items from Faustus. Seen that many bug reported many times, but they are there for you to claim.

Second assumption is maybe you have another tab set to currency. So if claimed and deposited them, you might have a second tab for currency that just has all kinds of currency is.

Third possibility, and probably more unlikely but not impossible, is you bought something that isn't regret orbs. While also not impossible the Exchange is bugged somehow, I've easily done thousands of transactions and have yet to see any missing sales other than due to my own fault.
