Charged Dash wrong wording or bugged skill

Charged dash states that the skills deals 150% more damage if the illusion stopped moving, however this does not apply to ailments

Nowhere in the skill's wording is this present so either the wording is wrong or the skill simply does not have ailment scaling in the backend.
