Latency go up infite in same instance

while playing i have a Latency of 15-25 ms normaly but some times while entering a new instance the Latency goes wild and never goes down again till i change the instance.
i had this problem for multiple league now but always for like 10-20 secs and them was everething normal again.
this time it doesnt normalize

Yeah same problem. Changing from standalone to steam worked but just for a little while. Creating a new instance doesn't work either. I always need to restart my game and after some tries it is working for some maps/instances.
