No "Kills?" - Blood Rage - Possibly big bug in new league?

Hi,

I've noticed in the new league that when I'm in a map, sometimes like 50% of the mobs are not refreshing Blood Rage when they are killed.

This should not be possible, as blood rage states:

"Killing an enemy while this buff is active refreshes the buff duration, and can grant a Frenzy Charge."

Often I'm going about and it's on like 6 seconds left, I kill a whole big pack - and the counter is still going down...

It seems especially worse with the Breach mobs inside the "defend NPC wall event" - but is also happening with all mobs throughout the map. Just a random chance.

Makes me think is this tied to the loot in some way, if the monsters aren't being classed as "killed" on the back end?

For info - not using anything really special, just burning arrow/ignite/chieftan pops etc.

EDIT - Could be solved, due to Graft skill's Fire pillars technically not being "you" - and taking the credit.
