Heart of Flame (2 issues)

-Heart of Flame seems to not trigger at all if you lose life then come back to full life within a certain period of time (Maybe less than 0.2 seconds but I don't have a stopwatch)

-Heart of Flame does not interact with Veteran's Awareness even though Heart of Flame is Guard skill (according to poedb anyway so that might be wrong) and Veteran's Awareness doesn't say it requires YOUR Guard skill.
