Act 10 Kitava Broken

I was running my husband through acts and we got to Kitava. Partway through, he just stopped doing anything. Kitava's Herald enemies spawn in a couple at a time still and they do still do damage. Sin and Innocence are also merely floating there, doing nothing as well.

Portaling out and back in (both of us so that there was a point neither of us were in the instance) did not fix it. My husband let himself die and that didn't change anything.

In all my years of playing I can't say I've seen this happen!

Edit: I realized after fighting him again that I think he bugged right before his heart was going to spawn for the second time.
