6 legion encounter bug

Hi,

I ran 20 maps with 4 legion scarab in dune (t16), legion selected on map device & legion on my map passive tree and noticed that in all of my runs, my breach did not come in as a hive colony at all.

When i put in the next map without legion, it spawn the hive colony right away.

im not sure if this is a bug or if i'm just really unlucky but it may seem that somehow when running multiple legion encounter, its preventing breach to spawn as a hive colony to. i get all the hive fortress or unstable breach only
