Egon's bugged memory realm can't progress

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical bug that is preventing me from progressing in the game. Here are the detailed information:
Character Information: Character Name - [吴可可的皇兄], Account Name - [jacky#4909], League - [Standard]
Bug Description: In my Hideout, the NPC named Egon (who is responsible for unlocking the Memory Thread quest) no longer displays the quest map when interacted with. This issue has completely blocked my ability to continue the corresponding quest and progress normally in the game.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Teleport to my Hideout; 2. Locate and click on the NPC Egon; 3. No quest map pops up, and no interactive options related to the Memory Thread quest are available.
Additional Details: I have tried restarting the game, reloading the Hideout, and verifying the game files through the launcher, but the bug persists. Screenshots showing the issue (Egon with no map display after interaction) are attached for your reference. My game version is [你的游戏版本，如: 3.24.0].
