Currency Exchange Bug

I have had this currency exchange listing in my UI for several leagues since Phrecia league. I have migrated all characters and checked in standard still stuck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Character Select
Click the >> button for migrations (not to login)
Migrate all from Phrecia or from all leagues to their parent leagues. You cannot migrate Keepers yet.
Once done, login to Standard on any character with access to Exchange
Cancel all trades on Standard and claim the currency
Check again in desired league
