Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Replica Dragonfang's Flight missing skill name - Forum

I've found a couple of people selling Replica Dragonfang's Flight where there is no skill gem listed in the "+3 to Level of all _ Gems" line. Even when copying the item text, see below, it shows no skill, though there are 2 spaces between "all" and "gems". I have not attempted to brute force via search to see which skill(s) are affected.

I got this bug too, when i press alt button it reveals a text that is "all fireball - kinetic fulsillade skill gem", but when i tested with both skill nothing happens
