High ping in locations

Hi, I'm experiencing unpleasant high ping. While chatting on Discord, my ping is 12, my speedtest shows it's 7. A moment ago, in hideout, it was around 20, and when I entered the T16.5 map, my ping reached 200k, making it impossible to do anything or press pause, and I lost over 30% of my experience.

Same thing happens to me — even when the shader bar stops being green, the network still fluctuates between 30 ms and 12 000 ms (yes, 12 000). It’s not my internet, because at the same time I test streaming or other games and they work fine with no lag. It’s only PoE, and it started a few days ago — the first 3 or 4 days of the campaign everything worked perfectly the whole time.
I’m running a 4080 and a 5800X3D with a Gen 4 SSD and about 200 GB free. |

Yeah same problem. Changing from standalone to steam worked but just for a little while. Creating a new instance doesn't work either. I always need to restart my game and after some tries it is working for some maps/instances.
