Atlas tree selection breaks sometimes

My first atlas tree is for harvest with all the fun harvest nodes picked. My second tree is a boss rush/searing exarch tree.

Harvest keeps spawning in my maps that I have tree 2 selected, but with crop rotation enabled. I do not have crop rotation on my second tree. the altars are correctly popping up as searing exarch, but the harvest shouldn't be doing crop rotation.
