Bladefall of Trarthus + Scold's Bridle

Spending mana for Bladefall of Trarthus deals no damage to me despite wearing a Scold's Bridle.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip Scold's Bridle
2. Turn on Bladefall of Trarthus

Expected result: Take 400% of mana cost as physical damage.

Actual result: Take no damage.

I'm not using Eldritch Battery, Blood Magic or any other keystone that might cause it to have no mana cost. Other skills are dealing damage like expected.

I suspect there's a problem with the mana cost calculation for the skill, as others are reporting various cost related bugs.

The upfront cost for Bladefall of Trathus is when you activate the skill. The maintaining cost is not upfront.

Yeah, you might be right but it worked last league.

Googled again and looks like it was bugged before... missed this line in the patch notes:
"Fixed a bug where Scold's Bridle dealt damage to the player based on over-time mana costs, even though it specified that it did not do so."
