Spectral shield throw chains before forking (wrong sequence + it worked properly in 3.26)

Using spectral shield throw (normal version) with fork.

It first chains 3 times and only then forks, instead of forking first and then using up the chains (worked that way previously).
No nodes on the tree that would affect chain, no runegrafts, no + chain/pierce/fork/split modifiers on gear or tree.
