Legion bug

i play this new league notice like 1/10 legions have one yellow mob which is untargetable like in stasis i just cant kill him i tried everything and im sure its not normal i get 1 out of 10-15 legions like that i need to wait 15 seconds for timer to go off so i can kill mobs. could you check for me at that?
