JERKY GAMEPLAY SINCE LATEST UPDATE ON 11/7/25

When entering any new action area (Foothills for example) game constantly stops/starts/stops/starts etc. Doesn't do this in towns or hideouts, but does happen even if I just go to mining encampment. Pretty much unplayable now.
