Focused Amulet Remains Rare After "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" and Scour (Possible Mod Count Issue)

Bug Reference Number: 1,836,639,718
Problem Description & Reproduction Steps
I encountered a recurring issue where a Focused Amulet does not revert to Magic Rarity (Blue) after using the "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" crafting option and an Orb of Scouring, despite the item's inherent limit of one maximum suffix.

Item State: I had a Rare Focused Amulet with the desired +1 to All Skill Gems implicit/mod. I ensured the item had only one prefix remaining (the +1 Skill Gems mod) and assumed it had only one suffix (due to the Focused Amulet's base type limitation).

Attempt 1: I crafted "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" (which should occupy the single suffix slot). I then used an Orb of Scouring (which should remove the 'Prefixes Cannot Be Changed' suffix and leave only the +1 prefix).

Result 1: The item remained Rare (Yellow Rarity). It did not revert to Magic as expected.

Attempt 2: I logged out and back in. I repeated the process: crafted "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" again, and used another Orb of Scouring.

Result 2: The item still remained Rare.

Based on the Focused Amulet's inherent maximum suffix count of 1, the item should have only one prefix (+1 Skill Gems) remaining, resulting in a Magic item after the Scour, as the total mod count would be 1. This suggests that the item is retaining "ghost" or hidden suffixes/mods that are incorrectly keeping the rarity at Rare.

Prior Bug Encounter (Related Issue)
I recently experienced a similar issue involving crafting errors:

A few days ago, I attempted to craft a 6-link body armour using the Black Mórrígan beastcrafting recipe on a 5-link armour.

The first attempt did not change the item and it remained a 5-link.

I had to repeat the beastcrafting a second time for the item to correctly change to a 6-link.

This also resulted in wasted currency (approx. 2 Divine Orbs equivalent).

Impact and Request for Support
This bug is significantly hindering my ability to continue playing and crafting effectively. The repeated failures on the Focused Amulet alone have cost me 4 Divine Orbs (wasted on the "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" craft) and the previous issue with the Black Mórrígan cost me approximately 2 Divine Orbs' worth of currency.

I kindly request that Grinding Gear Games:

Acknowledge and quickly fix this bug related to the Focused Amulet's rarity not correctly updating.

Investigate the possibility of restoring the wasted currency (approx. 6 Divine Orbs total) that was lost due to these apparent crafting bugs.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

I experienced that today. Please watch the YouTube video.
I just looked at the patch notes and realized it was changed this time. The bug report was my mistake. Thank you for your answer
So i currently am experiencing the same thing right now. I have no clue how to get it to be a magic base now. Also tried twice and now I am still stuck with a rare base still.
