Stabilised Breach Hiveborn stuck and untargetable

After stabilising a breach in tier 1 Shipyard map, one of the rare hiveborns was spawned inside an obstacle (it seems to me) and is not targetable by any skills and does not even take AoE dmg. I am, therefore, unable to collapse the breach and finish the encounter.
