concentrated life flask ci pathfinder bug

If you are using the Sorrow of the Divine + Master Surgeon combo on pathfinder.... the concentrated prefix and ONLY that prefix makes the life flask complatetly unusable in any situation. No prefix is completely fine, and Saturated (the t1 version of concentrated) also functions perfectly fine.

No idea what causes this bug but I feel like it shouldn't be a thing. I have replicated the bug with 4 different concentrated life flasks.
