Synthesis maps are the wrong tier in bulk trade site, can't be searched

The bulk trade site lists, for example, "altered distant memory (tier 11)". Altered distant memory is a tier 10 map, so no results are returned. There is no option to search for "altered distant memory (tier 10)", so the bulk trade site does not work for these maps. This bug affects all synthesis unique maps.

tier 11's are available in standard

so the current version just needs to be added.
