Map Missing when interacting with Eagon for Originator's Memory - Standard

Steps to reproduce:
Find Memory Tear in Maps and interact
Complete 1-2 maps from Originator's Memory
Path of Exile update from version 3.26 to 3.27
Select Character on Standard league and interact with Eagon
Map is not showing/misisng - unable to Activate map

Troubleshooting done:
Eagon NPC dismissed and placed in hideout again
Eagon NPC interacted with another character
Eagon NPC interacted with new character
