Colorful... screen?

I'm not sure how to explain what it is entirely, so I will just show you.

When I turn on a Netflix show while I play, I have occasionally run into this issue of screen artifacts appearing.

I've noticed this happening on Dx12. When I restart the game after swapping to Dx11, the issue goes away. I have not noticed it as of yet on Dx11.

I will try on both Vulkan and Dx11 to verify if it happens when using these modes.
