Can't Load Into Act 2 Zones

The game crashes whenever I try to load into any zones in act 2. I can load into the act 2 town, but can't leave town via the exits or the waypoint. I even tried on characters in the standard league and get the same crash. Music continues to play but the gears don't spin on the loading screen and it always crashes. I can load into other act zones without issue.
