Unplayable latency spikes in the evenings



During the evenings in my time zone (about 18:00 UTC), I start getting completely unplayable latency while in maps, and certain other areas (like the Monastery of the Keepers). This gets worse if I'm moving, and significantly worse when there are enemies on screen. For example, when activating a harvest, I got a 17k (!!!) latency spike, which continued right until I've died. Obviously this makes the game completely unplayable. Though it seems to me like the problem is unique to only some areas, like T17 maps. Maps of lower tiers seem to be fine (or possibly not, as I don't have a large enough sample size).

Additionally, occasionally after dying several times, I was able to get a more playable latency - still bad, about 100-150ms in combat, but at least not completely unplayable 2-4k spikes.

Gateways I've tried (all have the same problem): Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Moscow.

The problem persists, and seems to actually affect all areas with the exception of hideouts. I've also now had reports of other players in my guild experiencing the issue, playing in EU as well.
