Maven "The Twisted" Invitation – drastically reduced Elder Fragment drops since 3.27

I’ve been running Maven’s The Twisted invitation (Elder Guardians) since 3.27, and it seems like the Elder Fragment drop rate has dropped significantly compared to previous patches.

Before 3.27, I would reliably get at least one Elder fragment per invitation, and quite often more than one. Since the patch, I’m only getting a fragment in roughly 3 out of 10 invitations, with the rest dropping none at all.

A few notes about my setup:

I always roll the invitation to 65%+ item quantity (usually 70–80%).

I’m running the invitations normally through Kirac (after witnessing all four Elder Guardians).

Loot from the encounters otherwise seems normal — just the Elder fragments appear to be missing or much rarer.

I’ve tested this over 10+ invitations to rule out simple bad luck. (In previous leagues i have ran this multiple hundreds of times)

If this drop rate reduction was intended, clarification would be appreciated — but if not, this might indicate a bug affecting The Twisted’s fragment drop pool.
