Orbss of Chance use up Memory Strands

Just now lost a few orbs of rememberance for that. It was undocumented change. At least I did not find this change in patch notes since 3.26. Unfortunately used crafting bench and it doesn't show that strands will be wasted. Even wiki did not have update on that (updated it myself). Posting in bug forum because it was undocumented (seemingly).
