Einhar refuses to capture beast

I'm not sure on what's happening but einhar refuses to capture several 1 hp beasts.

I was playing a Tier 16 white silo map doing beast farming along essences. I blast through the map like usual and it seems to be okay. It was me, einhar, and huck but then suddenly I noticed that einhar was stuck on a yellow beast like far behind (he should've already teleported to me but he wasn't). Then I go ahead and fight like another 2 red and 2 yellow monster. I got killed because they can't die then I go back to the map and this time einhar is right beside me and the beasts they all have 1 hp and einhar is refusing to capture any of them so they are immortal
