Focused Channeling Support not providing the "more" Damage buff

Tried it with multiple channeling skills, with and without stages.
Neither will receive the damage buff.

I reset the caster mastery nodes to isolate power charges from it, it won´t give me the tasty, tasty numbers.

pls fix :)
