Head of Vruun turned in but tree points not given

So at the point of the screen shot I didn't do the last quest of

However I had 9 Body parts out of 10, but my tree particularly the mysterious had 2 points to allocate not 3 at the time.

I'm wondering if there's at least a way aside from the quest (in case that's bugged) to see if points were given from their specified objectives.
