Breach won't close after stabilizing The Refinery

Started the breach, killed monsters then breach became stabilized and continued to kill. Went back to where breach started and noticed that one of the monsters was stuck on corner of obstacle. I ran around for a bit, ported out to town twice, came back to breach and it still would not close. Even went back out to Quarry came back in and breach was still open. Bug Report ID: #1,027,780,861
