Ignite is completely broken right now

Ignite seems to be broken/bugged in some way, it's not exactly clear what change would've made it this way but it's very obvious on mobs such as Sasan, the Bandit Lord and The Enslaver. Sasan, for example nearly one shots you with an ignite at 78 fire res and 1k life regen, and I do mean ONE SHOTS you with an ignite unless you react in 100ms. There's something wrong there and it needs attention.

Update: I believe this has to do with the change you made to how monsters damage scales with phys conversion. It's possible there is more than one issue, but others have noted that converting monsters damage from phys to an elemental damage is causing the monster to deal more damage than it should. For example if you use Shaper of Flames or Kaom's Binding you will actually take more damage from the monster than you would without these items.

I will continue to ramble here until GGG either acknowledges this as a huge issue needing a fix or actually fixes it. The extensiveness of this mistake to how damage is evaluated especially for Shaper of Flames Elementalist (~9% of the playerbase taking more damage) can't really be understated.

Fixed a bug where effects from the player that converted monster Physical Damage to an element were also increasing the amount of damage from that element based on the percentage of Physical Damage converted and the monster's level. This would have affected Elementalist's Shaper of Flames Passive, Pyroshock Clasp Unique Belt, and Kaom's Binding Unique Belt.
Fixed a bug where some Ignites inflicted by a handful of endgame bosses were dealing up to 2-3 times the damage they should be. The affected bosses were: The Enslaver, Sasan the Bandit Lord, Vic Vox, and Nashta The Usurper.
