Missing foulborn unique in game Geofry's crest

Geofry's crest with +1-2 to sentinels of purity is nowhere to be found. I highly doubt it is such rarity that Noone found at least 1 !

Can you please comment on this and as well ... can we give that skill and other heralds a proper rework ?! ( it has being years since the holy Templar theme is not used, absolution is clunky and made viable ony after 400% more dmg ... pleade allow us to have holy Templar with his Holly army by his side )
