Foulborn Unnatural Instinct not granting proper passives

My Foulborn variant of Unnatural Instinct with the mod, "Allocated Notable Passive Skills in Radius Grant Nothing" seems to be working incorrectly and still causing the allocated small passive skills in radius to grant nothing like the original does.

If working correctly I should have 34% increased Projectile damage, and 100 Devotion from the 3 small passive skills I have allocated in the radius due to it no longer having the mod, "Allocated Small Passive Skills in Radius Grant Nothing"

Unless I'm misunderstanding something, this variant of the jewel should grant all Allocated and Unallocated small passive skills in the radius and only disable allocated notable passive skills.

Have you checked this in your character's stats? Jewel stats won't show allocated nodes, since they're not provided by the jewel, but you already have them.
The easiest check would be to allocate the resists on the left side of the jewel. Check cold resist, allocate cold resist to left of the jewel socket, check cold resist again.

If no change, works for both allocated and unallocated small passives.
If it goes up, then unallocated isn't working which contradicts first line of the jewel.
If it goes down, then allocated isn't working and jewel is bugged.

Repeat same test with the Sentinel notable south of the jewel socket. Check resist, allocate, check again.

From there is checking the devotion if there's something bug specifically with devotion not granted. New jewel, always possible. Best bet is probably to have a notable that is granted when X devotion and allocate/unallocate passives with Unnatural radius to see if the notable works or not.

I have the same problem.
I had a normal UI in the socket up left of Scion\s start and swapped it for a Foulborn UI to get the int and strength (because of a Lethal Pride) from the small nodes. But the Foulborn UI still blocks the 3 small passive skills i took to get the socket.

I tested if it blocked the effect of the notable passive "Shaper" right next to it and the Foulborn UI does block "Shaper" while the normal UI does not.

So Normal Unnatural Instinct works as it should
