i have problem about kirac mission

hi sir im a begineer poe player. i have problem about kirac mission when i click kirac mission in the map device it can not open but still have 2 gold mission.Or i click the kirac npc. it show me atlas mission and i click nothing open. if you want to see ı have video

You need to have completed a yellow/gold map to unlock the yellow/gold missions.
