Runegraft of the Warp not working on many buffs

Runegraft of the Warp does not affect many buffs unlike the map mod with the exact same wording and very similar stat name that seems to work as expected

Runegraft of the Warp grants the player the stat

"

buff_time_passed_+%_only_buff_categor

while the map mod uses the stat

"

map_player_buff_time_passed_+%_only_buff_category

The naming on the stats sounds very similar with the same condition at the end of only applying to buffs, but the map one seems to work on everything you'd expect (Player skills, shrines, offerings, flasks, item granted buffs), while the Runegraft works on Shrines but not any of the other categories listed above

I don't know exactly what the table headers in BuffDefinitions do but Shrines have a int value of 7 for one of them and offerings have a int value of 2. Not sure if that's a category or what
My other thought was that the Runegraft was only working on buffs that had a buffTemplate for them. I don't really know in the end, would just be nice for it to be fixed

Would be really nice if the rune graft worked on offerings since they are literally temporary buffs. It works on warcries but not offerings so this doesnt make much sense as to why it works on some but no others even though they are soo similar in what they do.
