Expedition Refresh without Vendor Refresh Currency

I am able to refresh the expedition vendor inventory (Rog, Tujen, etc.) even when I run out of currency. It seems to allow this once or more (scared to try this more times to avoid being tagged as exploit).

This is not a bug; apologies for not thinking this through.
The affinity was not checked and the refresh currency was in my normal stash. The artifacts were in the expedition locker without the affinity being set so that threw me off.
