Leap slam double "casting" when used ONCE when I use a dual-wielding setup

Leap slam double "casting" when used ONCE when I use a dual-wielding setup. Might be intentional because of high aps but I literally click leap slam ONCE and it triggers TWICE making my movement totally uncontrollable and out of control. Please check into this
