Eagon opening memory thread maps on lower tiers

I don't really know if this is a bug or intended but haven't read of it happening anywhere else so i'm posting this

what happened is
-atlas already has 4 socketed voidstones (so all maps can drop at t16 and the atlas shows every map as t16)
-Eagon questline completed (and a few of his memory threads after that already ran)
-run a t10 summit for aberrath pantheon buff
-find Eagon there
-click on the memory thread and successfully influence maps on my atlas, but the memory thread shows t10 maps
