Spectres lost on intelligence loss

Hi,

I had 2 corpse spectres summoned (from itemized corpses that I bought). When unequipping my ammulet, I lost the intelligence required for the Summon Spectre gem. So I lost my spectres, and there is no way of them coming back?

Wasnt this league supposed to fix this?
