Eagon map crash, Atlas passives not applying after crash

I was doing the first memory tear map with Eagon (Racecourse) with a focus on strongboxes, stepped out to dump my loot into the stash, when i tried to map back in it said "Error: Failed to join instance because: Error: Failed to join any instances."

All the portals then closed, eating the map.

I then tried it again. Opened a "new" map. Racecourse again, but it looks like my atlas passives didnt apply? Currency from chests isnt being doubled and the chests are white (instead of rare + Corrupted).
The Reference number above is from the 2nd map.

Scarabs applied as there are a ton of white boxes basically. Eater influence also applied.

I'm looking at this as me deleting some scarabs and currency as an offering to the bug gods to increase future loot, but its sad it ate half of a juiced map and bricked the 2nd map after wasting the juicing materials.

I haven't been back for 2 leagues and my friend let me know that the memory tears disable your atlas if you "fail" them. I suppose my map crashing means i failed it which is why the 2nd map didnt apply anything.

So as a correction, the only issue in this report is that my map crashed when trying to re-enter it from hideout.

Apologies for the confusion. Hopefully that can get sorted out, but due to the nature of that type of crash it's kind of hard to tell why it wouldn't let me back in.

The portal was summoned on a massive stack of div cards from a strongbox i opened 4 times. No clue.
