Dying in Fortress breaking map instance

I died during defend Ailith in the fortress and resurrected back to hideout.
When I tried to return to map I got a Error: Failed to join instance because: Error: Failed to join any instances, the portals disappeared soon after.
The map was Burial Chambers and was a memory map

Just had this happen to me as well. Got one shot during the escape portion of the fortress and got an error stating there were no instances found and then all 5 of my other portals just closed after 1 or 2 minutes.
