Completing a hiveborn fortress no longer drops wombgifts after 3.27.0b

Seems like after completing a hiveborn fortress, wombgifts do not drop. Prior to this update, I usually would get about 4 wombgifts.

The wombgifts obtained from coffers within the fortress still drop normally when in the encounter. But specifically the wombgifts that were dropping after successfully completing the fortress seem to no longer be dropping.

Is this an intended change or a bug?
