Kirac mission system not initializing after Atlas unlock (reference #3,867,124,083)

Hi. I've unlocked quite a few maps on my atlas from tier 1 to tier 5. I've gotten completion confirmations, and it shows the maps unlocked on both the atlas and the map stash tab. However, Kirac's icon on the map device is greyed out and I have yet to get a single mission of any tier from him. My refence number from typing /bug in chat is: 3867124083.
