"Items and Gems Have #% Reduced Attribute Requirements" on Replica Dragonfang's Flight not working

I just traded for a Replica Dragonfang's Flight but it doesn't seem to be reducing the attribute requirement of my Grace gem.

I have the exact same issue here, with a 7% Reduction on mine, and still 155 Dex required for Blade Vortex. Item Posted below:

Reduced attributes doesn't change the attributes on the gear/gems. If you have 150 dex and it requires 155 dex, it will still show red 155, but you can equip it.

If not, include screenshots/video. But I've used the amulet for several leagues and if actually bugged, that's a new one to me.

This helped me out. I decided to actually do the math of the amount of Dexterity I would need, I just assumed I had enough, and assumed the 7% reduction was more than what I could mentally think of:

My Dex: 141
Blade Vortex: 155
Reduction: 7%

155 * .93 = 144, so I was missing 3 Dex. Opening up my Passive Tree, it actually shows that I was only missing 3 Dex.

My Equipment and skills now currently work after adding a +10 Dex Node, with the Skill Tooltip still being red, but functional.
